As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with an MSW from New York University and a BA from Boston University, she brings both professional expertise and personal experience to every talk.

About Julia

Julia has dedicated her career to providing trauma-informed therapy using Internal Family Systems (IFS) and Brainspotting. Specializing in helping teenagers and adults navigate trauma, family conflicts, grief, and anxiety, she creates a space where you can be honest about your feelings. Her goal is to help you build a life enriched by your experiences and to empower you to become your own leader.
